Sisters in Islam do not be ashamed to wear your hijab:

Asalaamu alaykum waRahmatullahi waBarakatuh,

Bismillahi Rahmanir Raheem:

Dear Muslimahs please do not be ashamed to wear your hijab.   ALLAH Ta'ala says in Surah Al-Ahzab 33:59:

O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

This shows that we have been commanded by ALLAH Ta'ala to dress like that and we should not be ashamed - no matter what!  Its part of who we are!

I remember my first day of wearing a hijab - I got to work and everybody was staring at me.  Having been a tomboy before I embraced Islam - this was really surprising to my colleagues and I remember one of my Muslim Colleagues approached me and asked if this (my covering) was not mockery and I said no and nobody thought that it was for real (because I was known to be playful and all that).  But everything has its end.  So it went on - I continued dressing modestly and when the month of Ramadan came - we started fasting and everybody wanted to see if I'd make it cause I was known to be a big eater.  I admit the first day was difficult but my intention was good so I asked ALLAH SWT to make it easy for me and before I knew it the day was over.  I fasted the whole month and changed my wardrobe and my fellow Muslim colleagues stopped doubting my intentions and the next Ramadan came, I fasted and now things were okay because I was now dressing modestly everyday and had even changed my ways of doing things.  I remember one of my christian colleagues saying to me "I never thought you would do it".  Voila! when one's intentions are good and they wish to be guided - ALLAH SWT makes it easy for them.  ALLAH Ta'ala says in Surah Al An'am 6: 125:

And whomsoever Allah wills to guide, He opens his breast to Islam, and whomsoever He wills to send astray, He makes his breast closed and constricted, as if he is climbing up to the sky. Thus Allah puts the wrath on those who believe not.

So lets not be ashamed of who we are - let us wear our hijabs - everyday without fail because we have been commanded by ALLAH Ta'ala to wear them!

Until next time in sha ALLAH Fi-amaan-ALLAH!

ALLAH says: Verily with every difficulty there is relief:

Asalaamu alaykum waRahmatullahi waBarakatuh:

Sometimes in our lives things get so tough that we become angry that nothing seems to go well.  But we should remember what ALLAH Ta'ala says in Surah Al-An'am (The Cattle) 6:16-17:

"If Allah touch thee with affliction, none can remove it but He; if He touch thee with happiness, He hath power over all things.  He is the irresistible, (watching) from above over His worshippers; and He is the Wise, acquainted with all things".

So lets rather look to Him for help because He is the exalted in might the Wise.

The other thing that we should remember is what ALLAH Ta'ala says in Surah Ash-Sharh 94: 5-8:

So verily, with the hardship, there is relief,  Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs).  So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer).  And to your Lord (Alone) turn (all your intentions and hopes and) your invocations.

So isn't it good to know that ALLAH will always be there?  So lets put our trust in Him even if it takes too long for us to achieve our goals - He knows all the mysteries.

Until next time In Sha ALLAH, Fi-Amaan-ALLAH!

La Ilaha Illallah!

Asalaamu alaykum

Allahu Akbar!

ALLAH is the Al-Basir

Asalaamu alaykum: Do you have a dream?

Do you sometimes feel like you are tired of doing what you do?  Do you feel like you want to change your life and become somebody one day?  Do you feel like what you are doing does not make you happy or feel like you want to start your own business?  Well, what are you waiting for?  Why cant you start today and make your dream come true?  Go on - dream big - get going and In Sha ALLAH your dream will come true.  At times there is no point holding on to things that do not make you happy.  All you have to do is to put your trust in ALLAH Ta'ala and In Sha ALLAH you will achieve your goals.

Asalaamu alaykum: Lets brighten our lives

Asalaamu alaykum: The most Beautiful Names belong to ALLAH!

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem,

Allah the Most Exalted said:

"And (all) the most Beautiful Names belong to Allah, so call on Him by them, and leave the company of those who belie or deny (or utter impious speech against) His Names."
(Qur'an 7:180)

Asalaamu alaykum waRahmatullahi waBarakatuh!

Let us perform our Salah regularly and learn to give

Asalaamu alaykum waRahmatullahi waBarakatuh,

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem:

Fellow Muslims let us perform our Salah five times daily as required without getting tired and let us give in charity without holding back, as the hand that gives always receives.  ALLAH Ta'ala says in Surah Al-Maida (The Table Spread) 5:12:

"I am with you: if ye (but) establish regular prayers, give Zakat (regular charity), believe in my messengers, honor and assist them, and loan to Allah a beautiful loan, verily I will wipe out from you your evils, and admit you to Gardens with rivers flowing beneath; but if any of you, after this, resisteth faith, he hath truly wandered from the path or rectitude."

So let us do our utmost best to perform our Salah regularly and give in charity so that ALLAH Azza Wa Jal can be with us.

Asalaamu alaykum - Let us say the full Salaam

Asalaamu alaykum wa Rahamatullahi wa Barakatuh,

Brothers and sisters let us learn to say the full Salaam because saying the full Salaam is like making Dua.  Because the words Asalaamu alaykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh mean Peace be upon you and the Mercy of ALLAH and His Blessings.  So by saying these words we are in fact asking for ALLAH's Peace, Mercy and Blessings on the person we are greeting and when they reply in the same manner they are wishing the same for us!

Peace:

Hope:

Be a good example to others:

To be a champion

To ALLAH will be our return:

God's way
